Frequently Asked Questions

ROOMING

1. Each room is twin sharing and must accommodate 2 adults. Single hotel room is also available.

2. Different rooms in Apartments can be booked individually as per own preference and choice.

3. Why are they different prices for various rooms in the apartments? 1) some rooms are larger 2) some with attached bathrooms while others are not attached 3) some have windows opened up to air-well. Check layout and size of rooms at forms or http://metrotabfamilycamp14.blogspot.com/

4. All meals (standard package of 3 Breakfasts plus 3 Dinners) are offered at indicated rates under “Registration”. No discount is granted for meals not utilized.

5. We do not encourage stay-out campers.

CHILDREN

1. Meals are free for those 5 and below.

2. Kids 12 and below can bunk in with parents. Meals at RM140.

3. Generally secondary Malaysian schools’ students to pay in full and cannot bunk in with parents.

4. There are children’s services. Teams from outside the church are engaged to facilitate the services.

5. The resort has limited supply of baby cots. It is available on first come first served basis. No booking is allowed.

EARLY BIRD

Early bird is up to 30th Sept. From 1st October full fee applies. It is on first come first serve basis. Registration will close on 31st October.

GROUP BOOKING – Whole Apartments

1. Apartments (2 and 3 rooms) are open to group booking with 5% discount. It can be from life groups or any groups.

2. The composition of those booking through Group apartment booking can be from any configurations: different life groups, zones and regions.

FILLING FORMS

1. Those taking whole apartments need not fill Personal Particulars column. There is a leader that is contactable through mobile phone.   

2. Those not taking whole apartment will fill up the Personal Particulars column only.

REGISTRATION

1. Only registrations with full payment will be deemed valid and allocated rooms. Registration fees are non-refundable but transferable subject to room/bed availability and arrangement.

2. Registration by phone/fax/email will NOT be accepted.

3. Payment by cash. Receipt will o be issued on the spot. Or by crossed cheques to be made payable to Metro Tabernacle A/G.

4. Those who want to bank in to our church account is welcome. But their registration is only confirmed with a Bank-in Slip attached. Church Bank account at Public Bank No: 3087620128.

CONNECTIVE PROGRAMS - Registration and Coordination

1. Registration and coordination for these programs will be in October and November.

2. All Connective Programs are facilitated and car-pool is encouraged. For some entrance fees are required and be paid by participants. It is not part of Camp fees.

3. We will provide maps, WAZE and Google Maps coordinates and GPS wherever possible.
